What makes this candle special?
The wax. Soy Wax has been a favorite for those seeking sustainably-made candles, and now an even more sustainable option is available - coconut wax! Coconut wax burns cleaner and longer, and isn’t grown using deforestation practices. Wax made from Coconuts is soft, so blending it with soy wax is necessary to stabilize it for hardening.
Both soy and coconut are plant-based, renewable resources (unlike paraffin wax which most candles are made from, which comes from fossil fuel-based petroleum). No bees were harmed in the making of your candle.
The wick. The crackling wood wick is sustainably sourced in the US from trees that are not on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species and, is made with a vegan non-toxic adhesive. Can’t get much better than that!
The scent. Or rather, the lack thereof. Scented candles, even the ones that use the most quality fragrance, put toxins in the air. If you’re looking to diminish toxins in your environment, stay away from the scents. Diffuse quality essential oils instead, or let the gentle scent of your bath blend come through.
This product has been designed to prioritize easily reusable items/packaging, and recycled/recyclable/compostable products and packaging. All products are cruelty-free (no animal testing).
